A: Cross selling is the practice of selling additional, often complimentary products to an existing customer. POS (Point of Sale) is data reflecting your distributor or dealers sales to the end user. By mining POS data, we can help companies identify cross sell opportunities and grow their business. For example, you may find that the typical dairy in your POS database buys 40% of Product A and 60% of Product B. In some cases, you may find a individual dairy that doesn’t buy Product A at all.
