We’re excited to share an improvement to our reporting for sales and management systems, designed to enhance the experience for both manufacturers and distributors.
When you open your reports, you’ll now see a new tab called "Leads." Previously labeled "Companies," this tab has been updated to provide a clearer, more intuitive view of the leads assigned to you.
As you navigate through the report, you’ll find a list view of all your leads, allowing you to quickly scroll through them. To help you manage your pipeline more effectively, we’ve also introduced new filtering options so you can refine your results by market, geography, territory, status, lead source, brands, lead type, and even a date range. We’ve also simplified the interface for a cleaner, more organized layout. This ensures you have everything you need in one place to track lead progress efficiently.
One of the most important updates is in the status category. Leads marked as “Open or “No Response” will now be highlighted in red, making it easier to identify which ones need attention. And, based on client feedback, we’ve simplified the update process. Now, you can simply click on the red button to update lead statuses instantly all from one central location.
This streamlined approach ensures that everyone from sales reps to management has a consistent and efficient view of lead activity.
